What is RBI 90 Quiz?

In 2024, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is celebrating its 90th anniversary by hosting a national quiz named “RBI 90 Quiz” for undergraduate college students. Students from all streams are welcome to take part in the RBI quiz contest. This quiz will be organized at several levels in online mode, in which questions based on general knowledge will be asked. The authorities have requested all the Higher Education Institutions to tell their students about the RBI 90 Quiz competition and encourage their undergraduate students to join in the event and stand a chance to win upto Rs. 10 Lakh.

Governor Shri Shaktikanta Das expressed positive outlook that the competition will help students become more knowledgeable about the Reserve Bank and the financial system when he launched the RBI90Quiz online platform on August 20, 2024. He added that through its public awareness programs, RBI has been promoting responsible financial behaviour among young people and helping them form the habit of using digital financial products safely and securely.

Eligibility Criteria For RBI 90 Quiz

1. Participating students must be an Indian citizen.
2. All undergraduate students from recognised Indian colleges pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study are eligible to take the RBI90Quiz.
3. Participant’s age should not be more than 25 years i.e. those who are born on or after September 1, 1999 are eligible.

Who Are Not Eligible For RBI 90 Quiz?

Participants must not be employees of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), including contractual staff, or their close family members. Participation in the quiz is restricted for staff members and family members of firms that are either directly or indirectly connected to RBI in organizing the quiz.

RBI 90 Quiz Levels and Winner Prizes:

RBI90Quiz will be help in 3 different levels: State, Zonal and Final.
The online RBI90Quiz will take place on 19, 20 and 21 September 2024 from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. for registered teams.

Registration is free of cost.
Each team can participate in the quiz only once.
Both team members must attempt the quiz together on a single device via. laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

How to Register for RBI 90 Quiz?

1. To register, go to the ALL IMPORTANT LINKS section mentioned above and CLICK on the LINK infront of RBI90Quiz Student Registration.
2. A form will open.
3. Fill all the details like State/UT, District and college and then fill both of the student details like Student Name, Student ID, Email, Phone Number, Gender, Date of Birth.
4. If the participant is visually impaired then click on the visually impaired checkbox.
5. Click on rule confirmation checkbox.
6. Click on Submit.

NOTE: Quiz will be held in the team of 2 students participating from the same college. Multiple teams can participate from the same college.

7. If your college is not registered and you want to participate in the quiz then:

9. Fill all the details like State/UT, District, College Name, College Address, Name of Official/Faculty, Designation of Official/Faculty, College Email and College Phone Number.
10. Click on rule confirmation checkbox and then click on submit.
