Types of Authentications On e-Pramaan Portal
Password-Based Authentication:- In this, you have to enter the user name and password for login. For login purposes users can also choose to replace the username with their Aadhaar number.
Biometric-Based Authentication:- In this, biometric data is used for identity verification, such as fingerprint or iris scan. This process follows the Aadhaar authentication protocol and to avail this option the user must have an Aadhaar number.
Digital Certificate-Based Authentication:- In this, users can verify their identity digital signatures, smart cards or digital certificates along with PIN.
OTP-Based Authentication:- In this, users can verify their identity using the OTP.
